Ownership of the site

illustrators.catalanarts.cat is an Internet domain created by the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies (hereinafter ICEC) for the communication of content for information purposes, free of charge and for the professional use of its users. The aim of the website is to publicly disseminate the services of illustrators and to promote them internationally under the Catalan Arts brand. Ownership of the domain belongs to the ICEC.

Intellectual property of texts and images and personal data protection

All the contents of the website illustrators.catalanarts.cat are the property of the ICEC or of third parties who have authorised Catalan Arts, the ICEC or the Government of Catalonia in general with their use. Their public communication through the website illustrators.catalanarts.cat does not in any case imply the assignment, renunciation or transfer, total or partial, of the rights corresponding to intellectual property.
