My name is Marta and I’m an illustrator and author of comics and illustrated albums.

I graduated in Cinema and Audiovisuals at ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya), specializing in sound. For several years I worked in the sound department of several fiction films, short films and documentaries.

I took 2D animation courses with Flash and Stop Motion at the 9ZEROS school and, later, I completed a postgraduate degree in Illustration for Children’s and Youth Publications at the Eina school.

In 2015 I won the Boolino Prize for Illustrated Album with “Mi Superabuela” (Beascoa) with my first illustrated album.
