Degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona and trained in various graphic techniques (illustration, airbrushing, computer graphics, digital image processing, etc.). Since 1984 he is fully dedicated to scientific and naturalistic illustration, publishing in specialized scientific media, collaborating in the preparation of theses, posters for conferences and scientific articles by different authors and entities. He also did illustrations for specialized papers informative or educational. He has participated in various public exhibitions on issues of defense of the natural heritage. He has collaborated with publishers such as: Enciclopedia Catalana, Edebé, Salvat, Omega, Planeta, Teide, Océano, Cruílla or Casals, and with various entities such as: The Generalitat de Catalunya, The Consejo superior de Investigaciones científicas, Le Centre National pour la Recherche Scientifique, and several universities, hospitals and scientific museums in Spain and Europe. In addition to his activity as an illustrator, he has taught courses on illustration in collaboration with institutions such as: the Drawing Department of the Fine Arts Faculty of the Barcelona University, ​​the Zoology Museum of Barcelona, the School of Women of the Barcelona Provincial Council or the EASC, School of Art of Sant Cugat del Vallès.
