Chela Torres signs as Rigelmoon, an artistic pseudonym inspired by the science that generates more existential questions: astronomy.
She was born in Buenos Aires and since 2019 is living and thinking on her work from Barcelona. She studied photography, is a technique in artistic ceramic and a graphic designer from U.B.A. She has been working as an art director for more than 15 years and as an illustrator she trained in Sótano Blanco and with several celebrated illustrators.
She has been recognized in contests like Iberoamérica Ilustra, the Sharjah Children's Reading Festival, the Babakamo Illustrated Book Fair, the Salón de Ilustración Imagen Palabra and the S. João da Madeira Illustration Meeting, among others.
